He was talking about how the ocean storms roil and thrash sometimes but how, six miles under, it's always calm.</p> <p>I consider my ego that thrashing storm, telling me that it is growing and is a little nervous about that....or a lot nervous. The ego also tells me, in no uncertain terms, when I've thought too little of myself or too much. It acts out, to help me find balance. May that person know that was the best thing I read so this thread is not only about my ego. I know that I only see my reflection-but THAT is where Ego comes in.
