And thus Jiddu Krishnamurti asked the impossible question: Can the mind empty itself of the known?

And having read and understood the link (above) and having pondered the question one may say, in other words:

How does one end the old movement, which are thoughts?

I suppose that Thoughts are Like Sign Language, and that the Mind is Like The Hand. Given this, one can conclude that Thoughts have no reality in and of themselves, and are merely the movement of the mind - Much like Sign Language is only the movements of the Hand. Understanding this one can then work on oneself and transform Thoughts through Knowledge that they are only the Movement that the Mind is doing. And thereby liberating oneself from the conditioning of 'linear progressive thinking', and opening the mind up to the Thousand Lotus Petal that it is.

Having opened oneself in understanding thoughts are the movement of the mind, and no more than that, a new movement begins. Which can be considered the Potency of a Thousand Thoughts all taking place at once. But is in actuality the potential realized of the entire mind, or at the very least, the beginning of the movement of self knowledge of the Cerebral-Spinal Central Nervous System and the beginning work of the Nadis and Prana Self Mastery which concludes in a New Movement and an Entirely Unknown One previously in this lifetime known to any common man or woman.

That is, when the old movement (Thoughts) ends, the new movement begins (Kundalini). And it should be understood that the transference/transformation from the old movement to the new movement is not merely one ending and one beginning. It is only the Self Knowledge or Gnosis of ones own Mind that takes place. The Gnosis or Understanding that Thoughts are the Mind Moving, that is the beginning, and that is all.

"To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it."

The tao that can be told
    is not the eternal Tao
The name that can be named
    is not the eternal Name.

The unnamable is the eternally real.
    Naming is the origin
    of all particular things.

Free from desire, you realize the mystery.
Caught in desire, you see only the manifestations.

    Yet mystery and manifestations
    arise from the same source.
    This source is called darkness.

    Darkness within darkness.
    The gateway to all understanding.

-Chapter 1 of Tao Te Ching

    NAVRAS

From delusion lead me to truth

From darkness lead me to light

From death lead me to immortality

    Let there be peace everywhere

When the five senses and the mind,

    are still

    and reason itself,

    rests in silence

    then begins the Path supreme.
